Download Instagram photos in full size
Screenshotting an Instagram photo gives you a cropped, lower-quality copy with the interface in it. Downloading the actual image gives you the full, clean file. hhhins saves any public photo — and every image in a carousel — at the largest size Instagram stores.
No app, no account, no watermark added. Paste a post link and the images appear, each ready to save.
Carousels: save every image
A lot of the best Instagram posts are carousels — swipe posts with up to 20 images. Saving them inside the app isn't possible, and screenshots lose quality. hhhins lists every slide in the carousel with its own download button, so you can keep the whole set or just the slides you need.
If a carousel mixes photos and videos, that's fine: each item is handled on its own, photos as JPG and videos as MP4.
How to download a photo
Same steps on phone and computer:
- Open the post in Instagram and tap ••• → Copy Link.
- Paste the link into the box above.
- Tap Download under each image you want — it saves in full resolution.
How big are Instagram photos, really?
Instagram resizes uploads to a maximum width of around 1080 pixels and keeps that version — it doesn't store the original file your camera produced. So the biggest a downloader can ever give you is that stored version, which hhhins delivers untouched. Anyone promising the "original camera file" is overselling; it isn't there to get.
For videos and reels in a post, use the video downloader — same paste-and-save flow, MP4 instead of JPG.
Frequently asked questions
How do I download an Instagram photo?
Open the post, tap the ••• menu, and tap Copy Link. Paste it into the box above and each image appears with a download button. On desktop, copy the URL from the address bar.
Can I download all photos in a carousel at once?
hhhins shows every image in the carousel, each with its own button, so you can grab them one tap at a time. There's no single zip, but every photo is right there in full size.
What resolution are the photos?
The full size Instagram stores, which for most posts is up to 1080 pixels wide. That's the largest version Instagram keeps — it doesn't hold the original camera file.
Can I save someone's profile picture?
This page is for post images. For profile pictures, use the story viewer: type the username and hit Download profile picture.
Can I download photos from a private account?
No. Only public posts can be saved. Photos from private accounts aren't accessible to any downloader.
Do the photos have a watermark?
No. hhhins saves the clean image with nothing added. Please still credit the creator if you repost.
Is there a limit or a fee?
Neither. Download as many public Instagram photos as you like, free, no signup.
The post has both photos and a video — what happens?
Mixed carousels work too. Each item shows up separately: photos download as JPG, the video as MP4, so you get exactly the pieces you want.
